This old brewery counting house had been converted to a residence many years ago and required a specialist with multiple skills and knowledge to enhance and develop the interior which included a basement dig, and  retaining and restoring existing listed floors. We provided: a gin bar and bar back, reclaimed joinery throughout including feature walls, contemporary joinery, carpets, lighting, sash window restoration, a spiral staircase formed in mild steel and clad in oak treads with a curved leather handrail. All bathrooms were laid in stone and all screens, showers and vanities were supplied and fitted.
