Sebastian Street is a high end residential project in Clerkenwell, London. The town house was a grade II listed, early 18th century building with a range of historical features. The project included blending these features with luxurious finishes to add a more modern feel to the townhouse. Some original features were retained and enhanced in celebration of the buildings Georgian heritage, including cornices and ceiling roses that weren't in the best condition. Our team worked on all aspects of this townhouse, including flooring, joinery, plumbing and fixtures. The gin bar was installed using marble and leather to create a luxurious feel, contrasted by the reclaimed plank flooring laid in the room.
