Utilising an antique oak sourced in France we provided a parquet de chantilly panel to enhance this formal room. The material had many years of patination which provided the striking colours, enhanced by our craftsmen's careful assembly and softening of joints. We applied old style shellac sanding sealers and traditional beeswax to finish this floor and enhance the natural patina and texture.
